Privacy notice for strategy review requests

Who receives your request

Bikotrading Academy receives the information you submit to arrange an educational trading strategy review. For the academy’s full privacy policy and contact details, visit bikotrading.com/privacy-policy.

Information collected

The form collects your name, email address, phone number and consent. If you choose, you can also add your trading market, experience and challenge. We record the submission time, browser timezone and language, approximate IP-derived country and city when available, and campaign tags from the page URL. A short-lived hash of the network address is also used to limit automated submissions. IP location may be inaccurate, especially with a VPN. It is not precise device location.

How information is used

We use this information to respond to your request, prepare for your strategy review, call the number you provide, share the course access described in the offer after your session and understand which campaigns generate enquiries. Your browser timezone and approximate IP timezone are kept separate because they can differ.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in the website’s secure database. When connected, they may also be sent to a private Google Sheet used by the academy’s sales team. Website hosting is provided through Sites and Cloudflare. Google processes spreadsheet data when the integration is enabled. Do not submit account passwords, identity documents, payment details or trading account access.

Your choices

You may withdraw your consent to further contact or ask to access, correct or delete your request by using the contact details in the academy’s full privacy policy. Your information is used to respond to your enquiry; the form does not sign you up for unrelated promotional messages.

Video and cookies

Optional analytics records page visits and form starts after you accept it. If configured by the academy, Meta and TikTok pixels also load only after that choice. They measure page views and a confirmed form submission; we do not send your contact fields through this browser tracking code. You can decline optional analytics and still use the form. Opening your saved request confirmation is recorded as part of handling your enquiry. Fonts are served directly by this website. After a strategy review request, this browser tab temporarily stores your phone number and a limited edit token so you can see the confirmation and correct your number. This receipt expires after one hour and is not placed in the page URL. Closing the tab clears its session storage. The embedded video is hosted by Wistia. When configured, a Telegram bot can notify the academy’s team of a new request using selected request details and campaign labels. The academy’s restricted internal tracker combines advertising reports with first and last captured campaign touches. Browser restrictions, rejected consent and ad blockers may leave some visits unobserved. Loading or playing the player may send connection and device information to Wistia and generate viewing analytics under its privacy policy. See Wistia’s privacy policy at wistia.com/privacy.
